Payment Policy

First instalment – ₹5000 per person (Non-AC train tickets)
First instalment – ₹7500 per person (Non-AC train tickets)
First instalment is non-refundable
Second instalment (1 month before the trip) – ₹5000 per person
Third instalment (1 day prior to the trip) – Remaining payment

Cancellation Policy

Registration amount is non-refundable and non-transferable
60 days or more prior to start date – 40% cancellation charges
30 days or more prior to start date – 70% cancellation charges
7 days or more prior to start date – 100% cancellation charges
No show – No refund
If the trip is cancelled due to floods, wars, or other natural/man-made calamities, you may opt for another tour or receive a refund after deduction of cancellation charges
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel rules
For triple or quad sharing, an extra mattress will be provided
Group representative will be provided for groups above 16 persons; otherwise, the driver will act as the representative
Travelers must follow timings to cover all sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary
Organizers reserve the right to claim additional expenses due to delays, breakdowns, strikes, war, riots, natural calamities, or lockdowns
If sightseeing places are closed due to government orders, the agency is not responsible
Train details will be provided after confirmation of dates
Travel insurance must be arranged by the traveler
The company is not responsible for illness, injury, or death; assistance will be provided on humanitarian grounds only
No responsibility will be taken if itinerary places are missed due to natural or man-made incidents
Camp stays do not provide geysers or hot water
Camp rooms are smaller than hotel rooms; facilities differ due to limited resources

Tickets are booked through IRCTC-certified agents
AI-based tools (e.g., Confirm Ticket) are used to predict ticket confirmation probability
Tickets are booked based on maximum confirmation chances and available time before departure
Confirmation of waitlisted or RAC tickets is not guaranteed
There is no control over IRCTC to ensure confirmed tickets every time
Passengers may receive RAC (half seat) or waitlisted tickets instead of confirmed seats
No responsibility will be taken for non-confirmation of tickets
If the train is cancelled or route is changed, alternate arrangements will be provided at additional cost
Booking at least 120 days in advance is recommended to improve chances of confirmation
Seat availability depends on season, route, and demand (especially during peak travel periods)
Alternate train options may be suggested with possible fare differences
AI prediction tools may sometimes fail, and RAC tickets may still be issued after chart preparation
No refund or guarantee will be provided in such cases as IRCTC is a government body
