STRATION AMOUNT : NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE 60 DAY OR MORE PRIOR TO START DATE : 40% CANCELLATION CHARGES. 30 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO START DATE : 70% CANCELLATION CHARGES. 7 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO START DATE : 100% CANCELLATION CHARGES. NO SHOW : NO REFUND. Hotel check-in & check out timings as per hotels rules and regulations only. Travelers are needed to follow the time as per to cover all the sight seeing mentioned in the itinerary. Organizers reserves full right to claim any additional expenses due to delay / breakdown of buses / rail / strikes / war / riot / natural calamities/Lockdown . If tour is canceled due to train cancellation we will reschedule the trip cancelation charges and any extra expenses rise due to adjustment that we have to do for rescheduling of trip is bare by the traveler . We provide full support and assistance for rescheduling trip according to your date and availability of time and still you are unable to travel and you are willingly cancelling the trip then you have to provide the cancellation amount for the same . We never cancel the trip from our side . If it’s not possible due to natural calamities Government order , lockdown, train cancellation or any other issue arise due to any unforeseen circumstances to continue the trip we will reschedule the trip on best time possible . And we appreciate full cooperation and understanding from traveler in such cases as it’s our mutual efforts that will make our tour the best .
