First instalment – ₹5000 per person (Non-AC train tickets)
First instalment – ₹7500 per person (Non-AC train tickets)
First instalment is non-refundable
Second instalment (1 month before the trip) – ₹5000 per person
Third instalment (1 day prior to the trip) – Remaining payment

Terms & Conditions

Registration amount is non-refundable and non-transferable
60 days or more prior to start date – 40% cancellation charges
30 days or more prior to start date – 70% cancellation charges
7 days or more prior to start date – 100% cancellation charges
No show – No refund
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel rules and regulations
Travelers must follow the scheduled timings to cover all sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary
Organizers reserve the right to claim additional expenses due to delays, breakdowns, strikes, war, riots, natural calamities, or lockdowns
If the tour is canceled due to train cancellation, the trip will be rescheduled
Cancellation charges and extra expenses for rescheduling will be borne by the traveler
Full support will be provided for rescheduling based on availability
If the traveler cancels willingly after rescheduling, cancellation charges will apply
The organizer does not cancel trips from their side
In case of unavoidable circumstances, the trip will be rescheduled to the best possible time
Traveler cooperation is expected in such situations
Misbehavior with fellow travelers or staff will not be tolerated and action will be taken
If sightseeing places are closed due to government orders, the agency is not responsible
Hotel bookings are subject to availability; similar category hotels will be provided if needed
Train details will be shared after confirmation of dates
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler
The company is not responsible for any illness, injury, or death; assistance will be provided on humanitarian grounds only
No responsibility will be taken if itinerary places are missed due to natural or man-made issues
