Day 1

Summit Day – Chanderi Night Adventure

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

Reach the base village of Chanderi Fort by around 12:30 AM
Freshen up and get ready for the trek (changing room facility available at base)
Enjoy breakfast at the base village
Introduction round and trek briefing by the trek leader
Start the trek by 1:00 AM
Reach the summit by around 5:30 AM
Witness a mesmerizing sunrise and enjoy a photo session at the top
Begin descent by 8:00 AM
Reach base village by around 12:00 PM
Lunch will be served at the base by 1:00 PM
Proceed towards Vangani Railway Station and reach by around 2:00 PM

Trekking shoes with good grip & quick-dry feature
2-3 liters of water (Carry in leakproof bottles)
Extra pair of dry clothes & socks
Dry snacks & energy bars (Avoid items that get soggy)
Personal medicines (if any)
Torch with extra batteries (Waterproof or in ziplock)
Cap / Hat & sunglasses
Full-sleeve quick-dry clothes (To protect from insects)
A small backpack – no trolley bags please!
Plastic bags / Ziplocks to keep electronics & valuables dry
Trekking pole (optional but helpful on slippery trails)

Payment Policy

50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking (non-refundable)
Remaining 50% must be paid on trek departure
Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment
In case of last-minute bookings (within 24 hours), full payment is required upfront
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days

Cancellation Policy

50% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances
If cancellation is made 48 hours or more before departure, any amount paid above the advance will be refunded
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure
No refund for no-shows or late arrivals
In case the trek is cancelled by the organizer due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, safety concerns, etc.), participants can opt for a full refund or reschedule to the next available date
Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within 1–2 working days

Terms & Conditions

Participants must follow all instructions given by the trek leader/guide during the trek
The organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or government restrictions
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substances during the trek is strictly not allowed
Littering is strictly prohibited; participants are expected to carry their waste back
Participants must be physically fit and in good health; any medical conditions should be informed in advance
The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
Delays due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable reasons will not be the responsibility of the organizer
Participants must reach the meeting point on time; the group will not wait for latecomers
Basic first aid will be provided, but participants should carry personal medication if required
By joining the trek, participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations set by the organizer
